Hello friends, let me start off by saying i'm new to RE investing. i'm interested in purchasing multifamily/apartments. I'm just your average blue collar worker with a full time job as a diesel engine mechanic. Probably like most of you reading this, I am looking for extra cash flow as well as a brighter future for my family.
