My adventure into real estate investing began when my wife and I chose to rent our primary residence when we relocated for my career in early 2016. Researching how to be a landlord led me to the world of investing and now I plan to make the career change from what I do now to real estate investing in 3-4 years if all goes well.
I am an excited investor, I have owned and sold properties before for personal gains, I can pick up a hammer and change the look of a room if needed, I am always willing to hands on work or just help find the next deal.
I've been buying & flipping properties for the past several years in the Union county, NJ area as a side job/hobby. Prior to this I've rehabbed several properties in NYC that I've lived in and resold. I'm now looking to do this full time.
I'm brand new to Real Estate and looking to invest out of state in Section 8 rentals. I'm primarily focused on Cash Flow first and will hopefully switch to Appreciation over time.
