I am semi-retired from the mortgage industry & the title Ins. world, Also I am a NYS Notary. I 've become interested in either flipping or wholesaling, Now that I have a bit more time to devout to a new venture. I spend a few months each year in South America, Ecuador to be exact. Could be a goldmine !!!
