My name is Michael LaRocco and I am the owner of P3 Preferred Properties Inc. We are a new real estate investment company that focuses in flipping, rentals, and wholesaling.
Currently, a 9-5er, completing research on how to take the initial steps towards my short-term goal of becoming a landlord. I hope to connect with experienced Real Estate Investors to share knowledge and gain strategies, that allow me to use my current situation and resources to my advantage.
My husband and I are investing in long term rentals. We are doing these as owner occupied purchases, renovate then rent; a twist on the brrr method. We have one rental so far.
