I have little experience in real estate, other members of the family own rental properties but are a little disappointed because of the maintenance, tenants and income generated

My wife and I have an LLC investing in single-family homes in Naperville, Illinois. We started the LLC in late 2014 and have 5 properties so far. We have done a number of buy and hold deals but are also looking for flip opportunities.
