I am a realtor in the Minneapolis area interested in all aspects of real estate. Buy, sell, wholesale, flipping and development. I have been an agent for a year now working with clients is fun but I now want to work for myself finding great properties, putting in the work to turn these homes into something spectacular!
Landlord with 3 rental apartments to manage.
At the presnet time I have one single family home and a townhouse that I rent out in Florida. My plan in the future is to buy 4plex or Duplexs. If someone can assist me with buying these properties I would greatly appreciate it.
