I'm from Burbank, CA. Began investing in 2010 with a duplex. I kept that and bought a house 2012. Started a family with a beautiful wife and 2 kids. I've been reading, listening to podcast, attending meetings just trying to educate myself for our next move. I've bought 14 units between KY and AZ and looking to continue.
