My wife and I started flipping properties in the downturn of the market 10 years ago. We flipped 2 houses (which we wish now we had kept!) and bought 2 rentals. Since then we sold 1 of those rentals and still have 1 more. We are looking to get back in the game to ultimately fund our retirement in 10-15 years.

I am a stay at home, homeschooling mom looking to better my family's situation. I dream of home ownership in the future but for now will be happy just to find a nice rental in our price range with room for a garden and for my toddler to play.
