Currently no experience in real state investing just read some articles etc.I want to learn more.
I recently moved to Charlottesville and am looking to get back into real estate investing. I did a house hack for a couple of years when I lived in Aiken SC after college, but now that I'm married my wife isn't as keen on that idea, so we are looking into flipping properties.
