After spending a little over a decade as a Project Engineer for one of the large Aerospace Companies, I decided in 1978 to open my own Real Estate Company in Los Angeles. We later found ourselves with our own Real Estate school and involved in Financial 'Services including Insurance, Securities and Lending.
