Looking for low-end properties to fix up in Palm Beach County.
Just starting to build some knowledge in this area as my wife and I recently bought a MF (owner-occupied) home in upstate NY. Would love to learn as much as I can and hopefully build a portfolio of real estate. Welcome any advice I can get!
