I have been a real estate investor in ohio were i bought, rehabbed, and property managed a duplex. I have also house hacked my residential home to lower my overall expenses. Im currently looking to network and keep acquiring properties.

My name is Roger Covarrubias and I am a real estate investor. My business name is B.P Investing LLC. I don't like to limit myself to one title because I am open to do all types of real estate investing. Always have my student hat on to learn from anyone and everyone.

My wife and I purchased our house back in 2013 which we plan to move out eventually and keep it as a rental. Fast forward to 2016 we bought our first rental investment property which we BRRRR! That worked out really well its a solid investment and had very little out of our pockets.
