I grew up in NJ and went to college at Villanova - go cats! I am back in Jersey and maintain my business in two locations: The Jersey Shore and back where it all started in Radnor, PA. We buy / build Class A luxury apartment rentals. We have also built and operated about 100 homes but are more focused on larger multifamily now.
Mostly Interested in buy & hold, but open to all categories of Real Estate investing, if the numbers work.
DMV focused investor working full time while I also finish college.
