I am an A&P Mechanic (Airplane Mechanic) by trade, an Apprentice Blade Smith with the American Blade Smith Association and a hobbyist blacksmith. I am also father of three wonderful children and husband to the best wife (and Author) in the world.
I am a complete beginner when it comes to real estate investing. My parents did own some rentals growing up, so I have some familiarity with the business. The more I look into doing it, the more I see it as a very viable way to grow wealth.

I am an electrical engineer working and living near Savannah Ga. I have been interested in buy and hold investing for several years, however, I have not had much in the way of cash to invest. Currently I plan to pay down my home loan before I invest locally (unless I see a deal to good to ignore.)
