I am new to Real Estate Wholesaling and am looking for my first deal. I would like to buy/hold, buy/flip, and wholesale homes. I would also like to develop walkable, sustainable communities in the Dallas/Ft Worth, Texas area.

Currently I am a school teacher and my husband and I want to start flipping homes and learn more about REI.
I am an IT professional who is interested to enter the world of Real Estate and I am planning to pursue a buy and hold strategy.
