I'm ready to buy my first house that I would like to flip and in doing so learn the skills to begin a lifelong carreer in flipping and investing in real estate. I have a passion for restoration, architecture and efficient/ alternative energy methods ; knowledge, help and guidence in all areas including sales is what my main focus is.
