Military dude who is new to real estate investing, but not new to real estate sales. I was a realtor from 00-07. We are looking at Quick Flips, Long Flips(traditional financing 0-3% down), BRRRR and possibly House Hacking, in North Dakota. Starting capital will come from HELOC on primary residence and or TSP loan.
