I have spent the last 10 years in corporate america working sales and recruiting positions. I have come to the realization that my passion is within real estate after purchasing my second fixer upper this year. Looking to build a team and transition to Real Estate full time in the near future.

I am looking to get into real estate investing in phoenix, looking to do wholesaling or lease option deals, looking for mentors and advise. I work a full time job and I'm looking to start part time until I get a few deals under belt and will do this full time. I'm also a Marine ( Vet) , thanks for all responses and help you provide me.
