I am just starting to learn about real estate investing and my main goal is to create a residual income through long term buy and hold properties.
I am 32; I have one 3 family investment property and currently house hacking on my 2nd, plan on using the BRRR method on my next investment property. I currently still work a 40-hour a week job which the goal is to quit within 5 years.
