Woke up one day and I wasn't happy with clocking in and clocking out of a job I did not like. I always knew I was able to venture out and do my "own thing." I know real estate has its pros and cons but I love a challenge.

I started with 1000 dollars, built portfolio to 22 properties had good cash flow. Sold them put cash on large dairy farm which was double mortgaged so lost farm and cattle to bank.
