I am new to the industry and just getting started in Real Estate Investing. I have no experience at this moment but I am extremely eager to learn and hoping someone to help coach me through this. Maybe even become an Apprentice.
I've been appraising residential real estate in the complex southern California market for over 12 years. I have seen a ton of flips and investors & investors doing very well over the years and decided to finally get in the game.
My wife and I are both in public education. I see flipping as a potential yearly summer project to supplement our income. I live in a semi-rural area in east Tennessee.
