I have been investing in real estate since 2013. Currently I own several multi-families both in the Northeast and on the West coast which were purchased with a buy and hold strategy in mind. Recently my focus has been on building an REI business with the goal of increasing cash flow and expanding my portfolio.
I am pretty new to Real Estate Wholesaling. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
