I am a 60 year old married, father of one 19 year old daughter who's currently studying engineering in college. I have been self-employed since 1988. I owned an aquarium specialty store for 21 years and currently am an independent contractor working with 5 Lowe's stores doing various installations.
I'm currently in the Air Force stationed in Colorado Springs. I am considering to get my real estate license while also planning on investing primarily into rental properties.
