I am new in the real estate market. My partner and I want to wholesale property and then get into flipping and other aspects of investing. We are interested in getting any help introducing us to the real estate market or finding a coach to help us.
I run a sales team for brinks and currently spend most of my off time as a small business equity investor whose now looking to diversify with a rental property portfolio. Our group is looking at acquiring properties primarily in Indianapolis with other Midwest markets in consideration.
