I am very new to real estate investing. I just purchased two condos to rent a few weeks ago. I work a full time job, so I am trying to learn as much as I can, and I am trying to figure out how fast I should move on the next deal. At this point in time, I am only interested in buy and hold.
I’m a newbie that’s very interested in the real estate business. I’m interested in wholesale purchase flip. I am seeking a mentor that I can learn from hands-on about the real estate business. I haven’t purchased before but I’m looking forward to my first investment this year. Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.
