I'm currently working for a large corp...9-5 (even weekend), with no where to move up, I've flip'd homes before, not for living, just homes I didn't want to live in...Now I'd like to do it for a living, I don't have the guidance or tools, I need help (I've read many books in Real estate whole sell) no guidance, just great ideas.
