I am retired. I have worked in commercial real estate approx. 10 years ago. I helped investors buy and sell Multi-Familiy properties generally 100 to 300 unit sized class C. I worked with the firm by the name Of Marcus and Millichap.I will set up a self directed IRA to invest in Multi-Family or Self storage facilities.
