I am an Engineer by trade, but an investor by nature
I grew up in Albany OR which is about 20 minutes away from where I live now. I am interested in owning my own rentals here in my local market with the goal of being financially wealthy by 2020. I currently have a finance background and work on analyzing agricultural properties and originating loans within this sector.
Originally from St Louis, but now living in Tampa, I currently own several rental homes in both cities. I also own a catastrophe response business, which requires significant travel, but would like to build my passive income to avoid having to be on the road the majority of the year.
