I'm a married 56 year old professional who has been employed by the public school district for the past 28 years. I am married to an attorney who invests our money in the stock market. I would like to begin investing in real estate which would allow me to hopefully retire early and enjoy the fruits of investment for years to come.
I negotiate for a living; in one form or another, have for over 6 years. Started by flipping cars, which has led me to running a small buy here pay here car lot. I purchased land for it a little over a year ago. It worked out great, and got me itching for the next project.
