I'm expecting my first child jan 3. 2014 and will be a stay at home mom. i would love to get information on what would be a smart way for me to help out with some kind of income but still being able to stay at home with my son.

I'm a 20 something entrepreneur. All the guru's are saying this is the time to be in RE! The biggest concern is the Foreclosure epidemic. Refinancing in times of prosperity coupled with poor decisions on Wall Street have created chaos on the housing market. The only solution was to sell the home, but if you're upside down on your mortgage...
