Just starting out in real state investing. I've been looking into real estate investing and trying to learn as much as I can for the past 5 years. I have one property already that I have been renting out for past 3 years. Now I am looking to add more to my portfolio here in Nashville.
New to real estate investing, eager to learn everything I need to prepare me for my first deal and my future in real estate! I am currently living in San Fernando Valley outside of Los Angeles but I am interested in doing my first deal in AR where I am from and more comfortable with the area!
