Just starting out with my very first MTR in the Halls area of Knoxville. I have done an extensive rehab of a 1400 sq ft rancher on 3.2 acres. Looking for any advice and always willing to learn!

I live in San Diego, but I am interested in buy and hold investments outside of my local area. My portfolio consists of vacation rentals, multi family and single family homes.
