im 39 and i love investing with a passion , i like dealing with rental problems but i can use sum help fitting the bills i have a small stream of 2 /3 bed homes i need help with financing an could use some guidance

I am new to the real estate game. My significant other owns one investment property and we have plans to buy more. I am also looking into real estate sales and plan to start my pre-license education very soon. I am currently reading "The book on Rental Property Investing" by Brandon Turner.
