Interested in Buy and Hold real estate investing to replace my income and to have passive income producing opportunities as I get older. My plan is also to teach what I learn to my daughters so they can have wealth producing real estate investments as they move through adulthood.

Real Estate investing is fun and exciting! I have learned a lot from resources on this site or others that have been suggested on here. The podcasts are fantastic and helpful.
