I am a small business owner ( roofing, siding, gutters, etc.) looking to find the right type of real estate to get into that deals with fix and flips, foreclosures,or ?? I would like to talk with people who can help point me in the right direction that know what to avoid and or common mistakes to stay away from.

I have purchased 5 foreclosed properties in the past 2 years, fully remodeled with intent to sell, but with the market have held as rental inventory. I also hold my Realtor and General Contractor license. I specialize in foreclosures, with access to many great investment opportinities priced far below their assessed values.
