wine bizz is waaay down..

If you are providing champagne or wine, would we need a license for that to do so? 

Now to be fair and balanced like fox news I have met folks at these events that paid the 30k  during evening break and a glass of wine i would ask them what brought you here..

I feel fortunate to find that one and the land its on is up zoned it will allow multi story mixed use commercial and resi and STR and is in the biggest city of the wine country in Oregon so upside along with it..

For example, McDonald's sells poi in Hawaii and wine in France, adapting to local preferences.In my approach:I chose property types based on what my target segment was renting.

Although we are in Temecula, we are located on the wine trail which is outside of the city limits.
