I started with SFH when my girl friend and later wife moved in with me in 2009 and we rented out her house until selling it in 2018.

Physician excited to continue investing in real estate. I became an accidental landlord when I decided to keep my first primary residence as a rental in March 2020 (crazy month!!). Since then have purchased two buy and hold SFH and look forward to growing!
