I am new to real estate investing and would like to spend some time educating myself through the information available on this site. I have a background in IT and want my real estate investing to become my full time vocation.
While I truly enjoy what I do, VP of marketing, I have always had an interest and desire to become involved in real estate. The time has come to give it a go. I am very new at this and interested in both single family, duplexes/triplex/four plex and the like. Hoping to hold the property for the long run and seeking advice from the pros.
