I started out buying run down properties and making rental properties.i was able to purchase 3 houses within a couple of years.then I hit a wall because I wasn't aware of how to finance more.i maxed out my credibility and can't find any opportunities as a individual investor.my ability is more on the side of remodeling and repairing...
