I am an electrical engineer by day and part time investor nights and weekends. I enjoy traveling and the outdoors and hope that real estate investing will allow me to free up more time for those things.

Architecture is my first love, but I started learning real estate investing in January 2021 and was hooked, bought my two first properties in July 2021 and now I'm working on the third. Focusing on buy and hold for the moment and goal is to create cash flow for FIRE. Still working that W2 full time as an Architect in Washington, DC.
