I'm an ex-law enforcement officer, currently I work as a software engineer in Seattle. My wife and I are wanting to move into realestate investments full time. I have to work part time but will go full time as soon as I can get enough income to replace my current income. We are very excited to make this carreer move as soon as possible!
Like many people in the BiggerPockets community, I read Rich Dad Poor Dad (the natural starting point for real estate investing). Now, I'm like a sponge and BiggerPockets is a tall glass of water! I'm trying to balance learning with taking ACTION, and excited to venture down this new path.
