BTW, we love in the 2/1 with plans to move out of that in the Spring when we want to become workampers and travel full-time.

This person is someone that might be a Workamper - and you can search for these people on certain websites or Facebook groups.  

It’s wise to find a park with established workampers and/or a seller who is willing to stay on for a little while after closing.

See it all the time where the owner or Workampers hours are not counted and it can be extremely time intensive to manage a park if there are not good systems and maintenance schedules set up.
