What are the main reasons condos are considered vastly inferior?

The ground floor has gas hookups for a gas oven and that floor has its own gas range/oven and kitchen which is also controlled by a ground floor sub-panel also with access to the backyard and to a lower cellar area where they have their own washer dryer and storage area.

While the rare “killing” can be done, the vast majority of deals, even ones by professionals, are done within market pricing parameters.  

I'm not saying this will never happen to me, but I'd probably be vastly more likely to win the lottery before that happened haha.I can attest to #8 as well.

The NAR settlement was ridiculous and has only forced agents to do more paperwork and disclosures, but the vast majority of us are still working the same way.The law requires the agent to sign an agreement with you.
