Do you receive multiple offers with varying terms through them?

There are too many factors in commercial to provide you general terms as terms can vary a lot depending on deal factors. 

You need to charge whatever you are having to pay, and that will vary by market and cleaner.

I see where you guys are discussing meetups and varying schedules.

They will not resell the loan, so the terms and criteria vary quite a bit.

Having wholesaled numerous investment properties to my investors, i've received varied advice from all of them.

I know the new build market varies a lot market to market (in my area here in central Maryland it doesn't quite work usually), but the "newer" builds can be a good option.
