Both uses are correct, and I would argue that the best way to tell the difference would be that the investment style (noun) should perhaps be capitalized - but that would required everyone on BP to adhere to the same grammatical rules, and that's just not how forums work ;)What you're talking about would be a more DIY approach, wherein you buy a (lower-case) turnkey property and then find your own PM, not an (upper-case) Turnkey investment where one company does everything from scouting to rehab to management, all under one roof.Hope that helps!

Also because he "might" leave at anytime...winter included, you should ask for a copy of his current orders (they will look like blocks of uppercase text) this will give to a good view of where he might be going and where he came from.I hope you are not just looking at his credit report and his bank statements as this is what I think I am reading.

These buyers didn't need to be convinced that we did good work (they or their agent saw our first house and liked it) and knew that the house likely would NOT be around forever (they lost out on the first one) -- so they made quick and competitive offers....J Scott - I believe there is a typo in the quoted snippet, with my correction inserted in uppercase bold; correct me if I'm wrong :)

You might be tempted because it means that you can get more message on the signs because using 3" lower case means 6" upper case which takes up lots of room.
