I'd love to buy up some land in the Christmas or Santiago Mountains, but I love hunting for and photographing rare snakes so that's sort of a niche use haha.The Chihuahuan desert and western mountains of Texas are no joke, it is some of the most remote, unpopulated, water-starved, but breathtakingly beautiful country in the entire US.Just FYI it's not that west Texans dislike solar or wind farms... we love money!

Many of them were listing their services on  https://pro.aroundwire.com/, and preferred to avoid working for an agency or company.I’m not sure how you guys are building a monopoly in such an unpopulated area, but keep up the good work.

At least Alpine returned my emails, had a portal to see what was going on (FWE claimed to have one and took a year to get me a login, just for me to find it unpopulated with data), sent me monthly statements, etc.

I went for Cincinnati, since I generally prefer larger population base (even though being in Los Angeles, almost all markets seem unpopulated in comparison), but could have ended with something in Dayton had the right opportunity presented itself at the time.
