Because the chances of successfully concluding a wholesale transaction when you lack experience, knowledge and capital are so infinitesimally small that you’d be better off playing the lottery.  

I'm not saying this will never happen to me, but I'd probably be vastly more likely to win the lottery before that happened haha.I can attest to #8 as well.

I have spoken to lenders about traditional financing and also DSCR loans.

was it 0 down because they had LP's or they bought it with 0 down and where was the fianncingWhile this can happen, it's also like hitting the lottery and not common.
