I like the Synthesis Deal Analyzer from Chris Jackson at Sharpline Equity.

Synthesis is the analyzer I am using and many fellow syndicators I know use.

@Richard Nassour: There are many tools out there - Michael Blank, MFA, Next Level, Synthesis, etc..

I'm interested in learning about deal analysis, creative financing and deal making, systems of replication and automation, remote investing, and the synthesis of technology and real estate.

I guess you didn't read the rest of the article or accompanying linked articles where he provides a SYNTHESIS of opinion.Not reading article = garbage opinion = waste of time

What is never free is your time, especially if research, synthesis, and analysis are not your strengths, and you would rather be doing something else (see above).

I interviewed with almost every brokerage in my area and they all wanted my to quit my job which has a nice guaranteed salary and flexible wok hours (Synthesis Chemist MS degree Chemistry).

The concept is really quite similar to what we do in RE - finding the one undervalued asset from among hundreds of fairly valued ones.The main problem with the stock market, in my opinion, is that it requires the synthesis of many more variables.
