Since you don't include any figures for management are we to assume that you or your husband drive up for every turnaround; do the laundry, run the sweeper etc?

Like one of the buildings hallways concrete finish was more abrasive than the rest and the lint from dryers would get caught creating sweepers that would capture all sorts of small specks of garbage.

Have the lawn people run a bagger sweeper over the property.
