I'd go back again any time.Also, something to consider on the investment front - when I was vacationing in Panama last year, I rented a stateroom on a sailboat and sailed around the San Blas islands, which were also spectacular.  

The rooms were renting for $475. 2 rooms are rented. 2 are vacant.You have to make the decision that's right for you, but I don't see an out of state rooming house in a city you don't know as a wise investment.

The building is divided into the Public State Rooms (the ground floor that tour groups see, where dignitaries and heads of state are received and which leads to the Oval Office and the administrative spaces in the East and West Wings), and “the Residence” (comprising the First Family’s private living quarters on the second and third floors).

As I was looking at boats I saw some really cool older cabin cruisers that have staterooms in them  all wood very cool looking and you can pick them up for only 20 to 50k.. 

And if you impead an insured lender from conducting its business you have another world of fines and state room and board.

Decent amount of room with an aft stateroom.
